UrbanZen (operated by UrbanZen Private Limited) is India's premier reservation ecosystem for hand-selected luxury salons, barber shops, and wellness spas. Through the UrbanZen User App, you can browse verified establishments in Lucknow, Kolkata, and across India, view real-time stylist slot availability, transparent service prices, choose specific service packages, and confirm instant reservations with 1-tap booking.
You can download the official app directly from the Google Play Store for Android or the Apple App Store for iOS devices using the highlighted download buttons on our homepage. You can also scan the QR code on our homepage using your smartphone camera to be directed straight to the store listing page.
You can cancel or reschedule any booked slot for free up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time directly in the app. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot time may carry a nominal late cancellation fee to compensate reserved stylist time. Eligible online prepayments are automatically refunded back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
Yes. Every salon, spa, and beauty parlor listed on UrbanZen undergoes an extensive verification audit covering hygiene protocols, practitioner certifications, authentic beauty product usage, and customer safety standards before being onboarded into our network.
Absolute security is our priority. All online payments processed via the app use RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS certified payment aggregators supporting UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets. We also offer a "Pay at Salon" option for selected establishments.
We advise clients to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled slot time. Salons will hold reserved slots for up to 15 minutes past the start time. If you expect to be delayed, please contact the salon or UrbanZen Support through the app so the salon can adjust your timing where possible.
Salon and spa owners can apply to join the UrbanZen network by contacting us at support@urbanzen.co.in with the subject "Partner Application". Our partnership team will evaluate your establishment and assist you in onboarding your services onto our platform.
